奇迹。
星期五不错。不过有老师帮忙。8/10。
先说构思，不错。不过明显没有经过详细的思想和考虑。很多漏洞。不过纯属专业问题。 专业问题的意思是很多人应该看不到的东西，在专业领域上出现的问题。希望主席可以看紧这三个人。问题方面不便书写，只可口述。
除了会员的问题外，还是先解决执委的问题。
第一，执委要上课。 不是上戏剧课，表演课或舞美课。 要上领导课。
大多数执委缺乏经验和技巧。等等。 很无聊但很重要。因为，第一次没有其他事情，除了培训。 而且这次老师很支持，所以一定要上领导课。如虎添翼。

evalution.
since you ppl are reading this, then i shall like post somethings that will interest u.
great to hear that there is finally sat lessons. and again it makes me wonder, why is it that no one bothered to do anything when i raised it up last year. hell.
but so sadly i have jsut gotten myself some cool stuff to do on my saturdays. tsk.
i really hope the lessons turn out good.
but i am still worried.
simply,
the 31st are still not communicating with yanglaoshi enough. and thank god, ur got wanglaoshi to help your with administrative, something that yanglaoshi is not good at. i would personally ignore the fei lady cos she dont understnad anything. oh well, if the exoc dont tell her anything, how can she understand. same ot wanglaoshi.
i strongly advise the 31st to talk to the teachers regularly. make sure they know what u r doing and u know wad they are doing. develop a way of working with them and lastly respect them. esp yanglaoshi. he is your god. it is really your role to be inlcusive and not exclusive.
and AGAIN I WOULD LIKE OT SAY THAT I SAID THIS LAST YEAR FOR NTIMES AND PPL CHOOSE TO IGNORE. i am going to be damn upset and happy if things turn out well. damn wad a love-hate relationship.

i am very worried. there is no problem with the seniors, but your current memeber will be still a problem. do put checks in place. and do not scatter the lesson. they got to be in a series, in chapters and modules. like your studies, it got to be systemtic. i am sure u can provide the resources you need with help from wanglaoshi.
pls rememeber to communicate with the seniors. COMMUNICATE. again something i am pissed abt cos ppl are not doing it. one man effort is not enough. make sure they know wad to expect. and dont allow them to flame yang. yanglaoshi is really very nice person, learn to appreciate. appreciate is word of irony to me anyway.
seriously these are things i have said to 30th but no one took notice i guess. i am placing high hopes, cos there is alot of exco support. unlike me, when the asshole dont give it a damn.
