if u think it is too early, then u r wrong.
normally a performance concept starts 2 year before the performance.

i advise u to start now. there are lots of things to do. like trainings for non-wumei ppl. and ther are proper procedures to do a performance, not anyhow one.

exactly how? this one can only teach u face to face. haha.

tankahkee next year can chop chop do when it comes. cos by then, u r suppose to have trained members.
speaking of that, pls re-establish the stage proceddings. the way they work on the stage is teribble and lack of organisation.

that one, will tell u when the time comes.

btw, can someone pls take down notes during sat sessions, the reason why things cant be pass down properly because there is no documents of any kind. and by verbal is a very unreliable way. like how much u can remmeber in one go and say. even u remember everything, u expect someone to absorb everything?
and for note taking, pls know what u writing, dont write for the sake of writing, u must udnerstand, how the activity works, the purpose. how did the seniors conducted it. learn the facilationg skills. make sure, u can reperform the activity with the same amount of result or better. so it is not about writing.
